Kualoa Secret Island

Description: Come and play on the shores of beautiful Kaneohe Bay, our secret island beach adventure is an ideal place to relax with family & friends. Enjoy water sports like kayaking or standup paddle boarding while you're here!  In addition to activities, you can just relax and read a book in a hammock under a swaying palm tree. Showers and changing rooms are available on Secret Island so bring a change of clothes and a towel if you’re planning to take a dip in the ocean. You can bring your own drink coolers and lunch/snacks if you want … just no glass bottles allowed … cans are preferred to avoid using single-use plastics!

Morning Adventure:
8:30AM-11:30AM (~2.5 hours of beach time)
Afternoon Adventure:
11:45AM – 2:45PM (~2.5 hours of beach time)
Full Day:
8:30AM – 2:45PM (~6 hours of beach time; lunch included!)

Recommended things to bring:

• Reef Safe Sunscreen
• Swimsuit
• Towel
• Water shoes
• Snacks & water – coolers are fine (no glass bottles)
• Camera
• Make sure to charge your phone! No electricity is available on the beach

Kualoa Ranch Ocean Voyage

Description: To start off with you’ll cross Moli’i fishpond, an 800 yr old example of ancient Hawaiian aquaculture, where you will learn about sustainable fishing practices as well as our oyster farm and current stewardship practices. Soon after you’ll arrive at “Secret Island” where you will board our catamaran for an ocean tour of Kaneohe Bay. This tour offers spectacular views of Mokoli’i Island, Hakipu’u and Kualoa valleys, and the Ko’olau mountain range. If you’re lucky you may also see turtles or other wildlife.

Important To Note: 

• This tour includes a ~20 minute Hawaiian fishpond tour and a ~45 minute ocean catamaran voyage.
• This tour does not operate on Sundays and Federal Holidays due to Hawaiʻi State Law prohibiting commercial vessels on the bay on those days.
• This tour requires guests to be able to climb stairs to board our catamaran.
• We suggest wearing appropriate clothing and sun protection.
• Advanced reservations are recommended as tours may sell out.

Best of Kualoa Experience Package

Description: The ultimate Kualoa experience! Three 90-minute immersive Hawaiian experience tours, which include: our ever-popular Hollywood Movie Sites Tour, our Jurassic Jungle Expedition, and our Aloha Aina Tour. This All-Inclusive Package includes a FREE Kualoa Ranch House Lanai Lunch Pack (Our buffet lunch is back & will be included as the lunch option starting 4/1/22). Check-in at 8:00am required, then expect your fun-filled Kualoa adventure to last until 3:00pm!

Things To Know: Advanced reservations are recommended as many tours sell out 2-3 weeks in advance. Kualoa prides itself on providing the best guest experience, so our “guide-to-guest” ratios are very low, with one guide to every six or ten guests in most cases (except for the Hollywood Movie Sites Tour). This contributes to very limited availability, so please accept our apologies if the tour you want is not available. You can also search for single seats as they will usually be available on tours at the last minute if you are willing to split up. When you are assigned your schedule, note that A and B itineraries have the same inclusions, as well as the same check-in and finish times. If you are planning to experience the tour as a group, we highly suggest booking all participants in the same tour purchase, so that your party will be together for the tour as a group.
