Big Island 9-Line Waterfall Zipline Experience

Zippity Doo Dah First time zip lining and could not had a better experience. All the guides that were with our group were knowledgeable, personable, and entertaining. Facilities were clean with beautiful grounds and perfect weather. Water and guava fruit was provided after the fourth line and was very refreshing and hit the spot. The only problem that we had was that one of the go pro’s that we rented stopped working halfway through the courses. Once we brought this to their attention they cheerfully refunded the cost back to us but also let us have what video was captured for no cost. I offered to split the cost with them because we got about half of the courses but they refused my offer with a smile. Great customer service! Definitely recommend this company and will return if I go back to the Island. The cherry on top of this experience was the opportunity to purchase Dole Whip from their snack bar at the end of the day. Price and portions exceeded expectations and after a day in the sun and zipping down lines it really hit the spot.

I could do this again and again - absolutely perfect!! This was an amazing zipline tour. The views from each zip were spectacular. And, thrilling enough for my teenage daughter who loved going upside down. The guides were fun and personable. Property is in great condition. I could do this tour again and again and again. I’d give it 6 stars if I could.

Best family adventure The view was amazing. Our guides were very sweet and listen to us. This place is so peaceful and you can do so much, hiking, zipline, swim or just chill and listen to the waterfalls and nature. It should be on your bucket list.

Best cruise excursion we had. Sooo much fun! The staff were great. The ziplines were fun and had great views. Finishing the activity off swimming in a waterfall pool and paddle boarding was perfect. What a great time.

Fun experience but watch out for check-in staff Overall my family had a good experience with the friendly guides managing the zip lines. The scenery was nice but I was surprised that most lines were over grassy fields and only two main lines (2 and 4) were over waterfalls. We had a large group of about 20 people so it took a long time to get through after the tandem lines. For the price we paid, I was hoping our group would be smaller. The main thing that ruined our experience was the check-in coordinator. She was abrupt, rude, and very condescending. I understand that she was trying to get a queue of people checked in before our tour began, but considering everyone showed up 45 minutes before our actual start time, we had plenty of time. There was no need for her attitude to me in front of my kids and the line of people standing behind us. If not for her, I would have rated this tour 4 stars.

My amazing experience on the zip line. This experience was Fun,Exciting, and the guides were very helpful. Along with that the views were amazing and the variety of zip lines made it exciting.

Family Fun Our family had a lot of fun! The views were great. The guides were responsible and encouraging. Variety of ziplines- tandem and individual; three in a row and singular. Fun experience!

Do it again! Great staff and great ziplines! The views were awesome! Used a hand held camera but battery was dead, be sure to check before you start.

Will do it again Fun, Fun - the staff cared about our safety and made the experience terrific. We had a 9 & 12 year old and the staff took extra care ensuring they were part of the experiencde.
